What to Expect:
Our goal at Adrift is to make your visit with us as relaxing and hassle-free as possible, so please feel free to wear your most comfortable clothing and no jewelry. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, leave the details to us. Depending on the service or package purchased, a robe and slippers will be provided to you. Private changing areas are available for your convenience.

 

Guest Timeliness & Cancellation policy:

We ask that you arrive at least 5 -10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, the benefit to an enjoyable relaxing treatment. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment time, so therefore the treatment may not be as effective or therapeutic for you. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. To schedule an appointment, it will require a credit/debit card to be reserved on file.

If you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time you may lose your appointment. If you fail to call or notify the Spa at least 24 hours before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment you will be charged for the entire treatment/service.

Customer Requests:
You may request a specific Therapist and or Esthetician while booking an appointment. We cannot guarantee that we will have your request available at all times. All Spa employees are trained to respect the privacy of our guests and to create a comfortable relaxing environment for all.

Health Problems & Comfort Level:
Please notify a Spa receptionist before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments or disabilities. This will prepare our staff far in advance to provide the best possible Spa treatment or therapy for you. When receiving your treatment the technician will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, music, product and sequence of service they are providing. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service, if there is anything you would like us to address please inform the technician.

What to Wear During a Treatment:
Adrift does not require any dress code. It is recommended during a Body Treatment or Massage that those treatments are enjoyed without clothing, although undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy.

Shaving:
Shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment or Men's Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least four hours prior to your service.

We ask that all electronic devices are turned off during your time here with us to ensure total relaxation for you, as well as other clients here visiting us.
